เงื่อนไขนี้ใช้กับการจองบริการแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดบ้านพักอาศัยของ Sleepyhead Cleaning Service โดยบริษัท ไอญา ดับเบิ้ล ดิง จำกัด

บริการและพื้นที่

บริการทำความสะอาดบ้านพักอาศัยทั่วไป ทีมงานนำอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดไปเอง ครอบคลุมการล้างห้องน้ำ เช็ดกระจกห้องน้ำ เช็ดฝุ่น ดูดฝุ่น กวาด ถู และล้างจาน บ้านในหมู่บ้าน LH บางนา–รามคำแหง 2 รหัส 28/ 32/ 36/ และ 38/ จองออนไลน์ได้ พื้นที่อื่นหรืองานพิเศษติดต่อ LINE OA เพื่อประเมินเป็นรายกรณี

การจองและการยืนยันคิว

  • บ้านในหมู่บ้านหลักเลือกหมู่บ้าน บ้านเลขที่ บริการ วัน และรอบเวลาผ่านหน้าจองออนไลน์ได้โดยตรง
  • บ้านพื้นที่อื่นหรืองานพิเศษ ส่ง Location บ้านเลขที่ ขนาดและสภาพบ้าน รูปพื้นที่ถ้ามี งานที่ต้องเน้น และวันเวลาที่สะดวกผ่าน LINE OA เพื่อรับราคาเสนอ
  • คิวยืนยันเมื่อบริษัทตรวจสอบการชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนแล้ว
  • แม่บ้านพร้อมอุปกรณ์จะไปถึงก่อนเวลานัดประมาณ 5-10 นาทีตามสภาพการเดินทาง

ราคาและการชำระเงิน

หมู่บ้านหลักจองและชำระผ่าน หน้าจองออนไลน์ ได้ตามราคาที่แสดงในหน้าจอง ไม่ต้องขอราคาเสนอก่อน พื้นที่อื่นหรืองานพิเศษ ทีมงานจะแจ้งราคาเสนอทาง LINE OA ก่อนชำระเงิน

ระยะเวลาบริการ

ค่าบริการคิดตามจำนวนแม่บ้านและชั่วโมงที่เลือก ทีมงานจะจัดลำดับงานตามเวลาที่จองและจุดที่ลูกค้าแจ้งให้เน้น เมื่อครบเวลานัดจะสิ้นสุดบริการ แม้ยังมีบางจุดที่ไม่ได้ทำครบ หากบ้านมีงานสะสมมากหรือมีพื้นที่หลายจุด กรุณาเลือกเวลาที่เพียงพอหรือแจ้งทีมงานก่อนจอง การต่อเวลาทำได้เมื่อไม่มีคิวถัดไปและตกลงค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมก่อน

ข้อจำกัดของงาน

บริการทำความสะอาดทั่วไปไม่เหมาะกับงานหลังสร้างหรือต่อเติมที่มีคราบหนัก งานนอกขอบเขต เช่น ซักหรือรีดผ้า และขัดพื้นหน้าบ้าน อาจรับทำตามที่ตกลงกันเป็นรายกรณี โดยใช้เวลาภายในรอบที่จองและอาจทำให้งานทำความสะอาดหลักเหลือเวลาน้อยลง ไม่รวมการขนขยะไปทิ้งภายนอก การย้ายตู้หรือเฟอร์นิเจอร์ใหญ่ และการเช็ดฝุ่นที่สูงเกินระดับที่เหยียบบนเก้าอี้ถึง

ลูกค้ากรุณาเก็บของมีค่า ของแตกง่าย และของที่วางไม่มั่นคงก่อนเริ่มงาน หากต้องการทำความสะอาดตู้โชว์ ชั้นวาง หรือบริเวณที่ต้องย้ายสิ่งของ ลูกค้าต้องย้ายและเก็บสิ่งของเอง บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากสภาพเดิม การจัดวางที่ไม่มั่นคง หรือสิ่งของที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้เก็บหรือย้ายตามคำแนะนำ ทั้งนี้ไม่ตัดความรับผิดที่กฎหมายกำหนดในกรณีเกิดจากการกระทำของทีมงาน

Terms of Service

These terms apply to residential cleaning bookings with Sleepyhead Cleaning Service operated by AIYA DOUBLE DING CO., LTD.

Service and Area

We provide general residential cleaning and bring our own tools and supplies. This includes bathrooms and mirrors, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dishwashing. Homes in LH Bangna–Ramkhamhaeng 2 villages with house prefixes 28/, 32/, 36/ and 38/ can book online. Other areas and special work are assessed through LINE OA.

Booking and Confirmation

  • For the main villages, select your village, house number, service, date and time directly in the online booking page.
  • For other areas or special work, send a location, address, home size and condition, photos if available, priorities and preferred date through LINE OA for a quote.
  • A booking is confirmed after full payment has been checked.
  • Our cleaner and equipment normally arrive 5-10 minutes early, subject to travel conditions.

Pricing and Payment

For the main villages, you can book and pay through the online booking page at the price shown there, without requesting a quote first. For other areas or special work, we send a quote through LINE OA before payment.

Service Duration

Charges are based on the number of cleaners and hours booked. The team prioritizes work within that time, including areas you ask us to focus on. Service ends at the booked time, so some tasks may remain if the home needs more work than the selected hours allow. For accumulated cleaning or many areas, please book enough time or contact us before booking. Extra time is possible only if there is no following appointment and the additional charge is agreed first.

Work Limitations

General cleaning may not suit heavy post-construction work. Tasks outside the standard scope, such as laundry, ironing or scrubbing an outdoor floor, may be accepted by agreement on a case-by-case basis within the booked time; this leaves less time for standard cleaning. Off-site rubbish disposal, moving large furniture and dusting above chair-reachable height are excluded.

Please secure valuables, fragile items and unstable objects before service. If a display cabinet, shelf or other area needs items moved, the customer must move and store them. The company is not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing condition, unstable placement or items not secured or moved as advised. This does not exclude liability imposed by law for the team's own actions.

服务与区域

我们提供一般居家清洁并自备工具用品，包括清洁浴室与镜子、除尘、吸尘、扫地、拖地及洗碗。LH Bangna–Ramkhamhaeng 2 小区门牌号前缀为 28/、32/、36/、38/ 的住宅可在线预约。其他地区及特殊工作通过 LINE OA 个别评估。

预约与确认

  • 主要小区可在在线预约页面直接选择小区、门牌号、服务、日期及时间。
  • 其他地区或特殊工作，请通过 LINE OA 发送定位、地址、房屋面积与状况、照片（如有）、清洁重点及希望日期以获取报价。
  • 确认全额付款后，预约才正式确认。
  • 清洁员携带工具通常提前约 5-10 分钟到达，实际情况视交通而定。

价格与付款

主要小区可按在线预约页面显示的价格直接预约及付款，无需先索取报价。其他地区或特殊工作，团队会先通过 LINE OA 报价。

服务时长

费用按预约的清洁员人数与小时计算。团队会在预约时间内按重点安排工作。到达预约结束时间时服务结束；若房屋所需工作超过所选时长，部分工作可能无法完成。积累较久的清洁或面积较大时，请选择足够时间或预约前联系我们。延长时间须无后续预约，并先确认额外费用。

工作限制

一般清洁可能不适用于施工后的重度清洁。洗衣、熨烫或刷洗屋外地面等标准范围外的工作，可经个别协商在预约时间内处理，但会减少一般清洁的时间。不包括将垃圾运往外部、移动大型家具及超过站在椅子上可触及高度的除尘。

请在服务前妥善保管贵重、易碎或放置不稳的物品。若需要清洁展示柜、置物架等须移动物品的区域，客户应自行移动并保管物品。对于物品原有状况、放置不稳或未按建议收妥及移动而产生的损失，公司不承担责任；但这不排除法律规定的团队行为责任。
